Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Asphalt Grip, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, armor ratings, dimensional measurements, and pricing. Independent Motorcycle Apparel Brand Notice: Asphalt Grip is an independent riding gear retailer and brand. Asphalt Grip is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Alpinestars, Dainese, REV'IT!, RST Moto, Draggin Jeans, or Klim. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, armor classification, and technical descriptions. Asphalt Grip reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Inherent Riding Risk & Non-Absolute Protection Disclaimer
Motorcycling Inherent Risk Warning: Operating motorcycles and power two-wheelers is inherently hazardous and involves substantial risk of personal injury, permanent disability, or fatality. Protective gear (including CE Level 1 and Level 2 protectors, aramid linings, and abrasion-resistant fabrics) is engineered to reduce the severity of abrasion burns and blunt force trauma during impacts, but NO protective garment or armor can guarantee total protection against all forces, collisions, or high-speed crashes. Rider Responsibility: Riders are exclusively responsible for assessing their skill level, obeying road transport laws, and ensuring protective armor is positioned correctly prior to riding. Asphalt Grip is not liable for injuries, property loss, or fatalities resulting from traffic accidents, high-speed slides, or improper equipment fit.
